Product Introduction

This premium expandable home features a premium metal engraved exterior with a standard black frame for an elegant, durable look. It comes with an integrated 28m U‑shaped pavilion with teak composite decking and black railings, blending indoor and outdoor living. Built with 40mm EPS floor insulation and PU insulation for high‑heat zones, it is fitted with black‑frame thermally broken aluminum windows and doors. The luxury layout offers two bedrooms, a walk‑in closet, a laundry room, and a master bedroom with a stainless steel fireplace partition. Interior finishes include white matte bamboo fiber panels, SA8005 SPC flooring, carbon crystal ceilings, and a custom U‑shaped kitchen with marble countertops. Fully compliant with Australian standards, it is pre‑wired with 220V Australian wiring and sockets, plus certified plumbing and fixtures.

Standard black frame. All steel tubes galvanized, lifting points powder-coated thick. Stainless steel screws with caps used throughout.

Floor

Full-house bamboo plywood with odorless adhesive. 40mm thick EPS bottom insulation layer. No raised platform in bathroom. No aviation plugs.

Walls

Long walls split into two sections with cover plates (as per drawing).

Pitched Roof

50mm EPS corrugated roof panel in Iron Blue-Grey. Gable ends match wall color. All components numbered for easy client installation.

Full Australian standard wiring (purple sheath) and sockets (220V). 15A sockets for AC (height 1800mm). Outdoor power sockets with pre-wired cables. All circuit breakers (main and branch) are RCDs. Australian wiring method (earth wire not connected but not cut). All panel openings and electrical boxes fitted with gaskets.

Lighting

All recessed downlights (quantity adjusted if wattage is too low).

Trim

Full set of white trim (baseboard, crown molding, corner beads, foam rod + bottom track).
