Product Introduction
This customized portable prefab container office and modular house is available in 20ft and 40ft sizes, ideal for hotel and villa applications. It features an exterior dimension of L5945mm×W3000mm×H2800mm and interior space of L5645mm×W2700mm×H2500mm, with a robust steel framework (2.2mm main beams and columns, electrostatic spray finish) and 40×80×1.2mm galvanized square tube bottom purlins. The wall adopts 50mm EPS sandwich colored steel panels, while the roof is equipped with 0.47mm YX-840 roof tiles, 1.0mm galvanized steel U-bars, 75mm glass wool insulation, and PVC edge lines. It uses a 15mm magnesium oxide floor and a standard steel entrance door (930mm×2050mm). Complete with standard accessories and a full electrical system including LED lighting, 10A/16A sockets, single-gang switch and proper wiring, this unit offers strong structure, reliable performance and easy installation for diverse modular building needs.
