Product Introduction
40ft Expandable Apple Cabin is a 2025 premium modular living space that combines spacious layout and sturdy engineering for modern comfort.
Expanded dimensions: 11800×2200×2550mm; internal space: 11600×2040×2370mm. Built with a heavy‑duty galvanized steel frame (Q235), using 80×80×4.0mm square tubes for main beams and columns, finished in electrostatic black. The high‑performance wall system features 16mm metal engraved exterior panels, 40mm PU spray foam insulation, and 8mm OSB plus 8mm carbon crystal interior panels for excellent thermal efficiency.
Flooring uses 18mm MgO board. Equipped with a Chinese standard electrical system (customizable to international certifications), including a 2P63A main circuit breaker, RCD protection, 22 downlights and configurable 3‑pin sockets. It includes a full‑height thermal‑break aluminum sliding entrance door, top‑hung casement windows and a double‑glazed tempered blue‑film glass curtain wall, with all glass customizable on request.
